- Prepare the construction method statements with the construction technical office team
- Design review before shop drawings issuance
- Plan and maintain project budget and schedules regarding the technical office work
- Take part in the project management review and assist in the risk management review
- Prepare technical material submittals to the consultant
- Evaluate technical Bids, RFP, IFB
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
- Manage the cost analysis and cost control of site progress
- Plan and maintain project budget and schedule planning
- Review submitted clients’ invoices
- Sustain organized and detailed project records & project issues documentation of conditions and client financial dues
- Monitor and evaluate the Coordination between the construction and engineering teams to ensure that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements
- Manage the selection process of subcontractors and suppliers for projects by reviewing subcontractors' invoices
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/ Architecture ) A minimum of 15 years of experience or above in the same field Good presentation skills PMP certified is a must
