International sales Coordinator at El Nile Badrawy Hospital

 

  • Acts as a primary contact using the appropriate protocols for resolution of any patient concerns and implementing service recovery.
  • Assess and resolve disagreements or discrepancies, if any, between the patient/family vs. treating teams vs. payors requirements.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for non-clinical care coordination through the continuum of care for patients, families, and referring physicians. 
  • Coordinates and manages educational/advisory meetings, evaluation tests, and consultations for patients within specified time periods.
  • Provides advance notice to patients and referring physicians of required follow-up testing to maintain regulatory compliance and coordinates the required follow-up.
  • Works closely with Medical Director and clinical departments to assist international patients.
  • Work closely with the hospital’s medical approvals team to resolve any issues related to international medical approvals. 
  • Works closely with tourism companies to secure hotel accommodations, transportation, and other services within specified time.
  • Address complaints from international patients promptly, escalating to the Medical Director and Patients Relation for quick resolution.

 


Preferred an experience in customer service or call center.Understanding of cultural differences and advocate on behalf of international patients Prefer Hospitals’ Experience.Refined interpersonal and business etiquette competence. Excellent communication skills required for delivery of sensitive information. Experience in working independently and as a team to analyze and resolve any problems.
