payroll & personnel

  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly time sheets
  • Calculate bonuses and allowances
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
  • Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
  • Report on payroll expenses
  • Ensure wages and tax withholding's comply with regulations
  • Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
  • Deal with governmental authorities, such as labour office, social insurance authorities and build strong relationship with them 
  • complete the procedures for new hires and termination procedures 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrationprevious experience in payroll processing and personnel management.Knowledge of labour laws and payroll regulations.Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to prepare and present financial reports.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information.
