Job Purpose: Responsible for all sales tasks as presales, tendering and post sales activities;
as well as act as a key point to open new channels and contact clients, answering queries and providing technical advice, demonstrating the competitive advantage and features of our products and/or services.
Job Specifications:
Duty 1. Sales & Marketing
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets by direct manager.
- Maintain expert level of company portfolio and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote company products and services.
Duty 2.Submittal of Sales Order/Tender
- Responsible for handling and administering assigned Sales orders by the direct manager.
- Present and actively follow up on sales quotations to secure business.
- Create sales order on ERP system.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Prepare tenders and proposals.
- Apply modification based on Direct Manager/ client feedback if needed.
Duty 3. Sales Internal Processing
- Track each acquired project from initial contract to financially closed, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for successful completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Technical Office Engineers, Production and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with Tenders & Costing team to get the proper quotation in due time & ensure price quality.
Duty 4. Customer Relationship
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide technical solutions to meet their objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout sales process.
Duty 5. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, projects and correspondence in company databases.
- Create follow up report on running projects.
Work Environment: Outdoor and involve travelling around Egypt.
