Job Description & Main duties:
- Ensure the effective implementation of the retail department policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the level of commitment toward store policies
- Monitor store's sales targets
- Evaluation and monitoring of store preparedness related to IT, security, electrical supply…
- Monitor stock distribution to the related stores
- Ensure effective implementation of pricing, sales, discount policies, and plans in stores
- Ensure effective implementation of VM and promotion standards
- Effective contribution to new store establishment projects
- Conduct training and awareness programs for store staff related to the store operation system, quality standards, and HR policies
- Monitor the implementation of the corrective actions related to the stores
- Effective contribution to the LP risk analysis process
- Effective contribution to market analysis.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, General Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of retail sports or a closely related field.
