Job Descreption
Follow up, direct and evaluate those responsible for the performance of companies providing administrative affairs services according to the service contracts concluded with them and in line with the company's policies.
* Participate in developing the company's security plan to secure its assets and ensure the readiness of the security personnel assigned to implement it.
* Follow up on the purchase of all necessary materials and tools to ensure the provision of the best services in the branches
* Follow up and confirm the preservation of the general appearance of the company, whether at the level of the appearance and cleanliness of the branches or the commitment of employees to the rules applied within the company and related to his field of work, and the application of relevant regulations in force within the company.
* Supervise cleaning and buffet work in the branches and ensure that they perform their work in the required manner
* Deal with technical problems that arise during work in the branches and fall within his field of specialization
* Prepare and follow up on the implementation of periodic and emergency maintenance schedules, whether in cooperation with internal technicians or external service providers according to the contracts concluded with them
* Follow up and complete the procedures for paying for services provided by telecommunications companies and government services companies and communicate with them according to the need for work

Requirements :-
Bachelor Degree.
3 to 5 years of experience in facilities & admin affairs
V.good Communication skills
MS Office (Excel- Word -PP- Outlook)
Leadership skills
Bachelor Degree
Fire Fighting system experience is a plus
