IT Help Desk

1-Ensures that the hardware and software applications are configured in accordance with applicable requirements and that their output complies with regulations.

2-Analyzes information provided by HR personnel and other departments to create and/or modify accounts for new employees and/or existing employees.

3-Results processing, monitoring and associated tasks and process customer queries/issues.

4-Deal with network issues, assist with IT issue resolution, complete internal network maintenance


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 1-3 years of experience in an IT Technical Support or IT Helpdesk roleExpertise in configuring and managing firewalls, including experience with leading firewall solutions (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet)Proficient in setting up and maintaining firebase platforms, such as Google Firebase or Amazon Web Services (AWS) FirebaseStrong knowledge of network switches, including configuration, troubleshooting, and VLAN managementHands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devicesFamiliarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applicationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical usersLocation 6-octoberTransportation is providedMedical &social insurance
