Junior marketing manager is responsible for leading the entire Product marketing team and acting as a one-person in-house army and handling all the initiatives by themselves. A Junior marketing manager is a leadership position that entails planning out, guiding, and taking accountability for marketing campaigns, strategies, and other marketing-related initiatives of (mostly) new products. He/She is also responsible for developing new product developments including concept, packaging, formula, products messaging, pricing & market strategies. He/she works closely with NPD Supervisor to ensure launching new products as agreed timeline and maintain good communication and collop ration with all stakeholders. |

Leading Product Marketing Team | - Delegating tasks to the employees
- Setting up a budget for the marketing team
- Guiding the day-to-day tasks

Developing Product Porto folio | - Develop and maintain current product portfolio.
- Develop new product as per annual plan.
- Work with various teams (agencies, Catalogue team, Digital team, sales, purchasing, Planning) to implement strategies.
- Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
- Evaluate current portfolio size and come back with suggestions.

Marketing Strategies | - Create and Execute a Practical Marketing Strategy.
- Building and managing a brand for the product
- Specifying metrics that align with the strategic goals
- Looking after individual marketing initiatives.

Value Proposition, Positioning, and Messaging | - Works closely with Product Marketing teams to specified the exact value proposition of the new product, positioning & product messaging.

Pricing Strategy | - Work on overall pricing strategy depending on the overall value proposition they’re offering, the positioning, existing market, and economic variables.
- Collaborates with the Category Manager, Finance manager, and other key stakeholders, if needed, to set suitable pricing for the product.

Communication | - A PMM is expected to maintain consistent communication with all concerned team members and other departments

Market Research | - Manage Market research analyst and follow up on her/his daily tasks and work plan
- Understand the pain points of the target audience or identify gaps in the market
- Validate the need for a product idea on behalf of the key stakeholders
- Come up with unique product features and create a positive customer experience
- Ensure that the market demands align with the expectations of the stakeholders
