Review & develop urban design/ landscape projects and concepts that align with project goals and community needs.
Lead and manage urban planning & landscape projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, developers, and community members.
Ensure aesthetic, functional, and sustainable design solutions.
Review and interpret planning policies and regulations, to ensure compliance with zoning regulations, land use laws, and environmental guidelines.
Engage with stakeholders through public meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Conduct data analysis related to demographics, land use, transportation, and infrastructure.
Use data to inform decision-making and urban planning strategies.
Integrate sustainable practices and resilience strategies into urban planning projects & opportunities for green infrastructure, energy efficiency, and climate adaptation.
Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, urban planning, Architecture, or a related field.Professional certification or licensure in Landscape Architecture / urban planning or a related discipline is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on project management and design.Proficiency in urban planning software and design applications.
