• Build and lead a team of sales engineers and sales team
• Hire, coach, develop top talent, and provide leadership to a team of high-performing Sales Engineers to support Affinity’s growth
• Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects, and our sales team to deliver winning solutions
• Collaborate and maintain a close working relationship with product, engineering, sales, marketing and services
• Put the forecasting plan, Targets, tools required, activities…etc, for all of the sales team
• Follow up all proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specification
• Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections)
• Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
• Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients
• Troubleshoot customers’ problems
• Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
• Find new markets and customers to expand the business.
• Find new suppliers and potential products.
• Make the pricing and deciding the margin, depending on the history and the existing information and competitors, preparing the offers to the customer.
• Follow up the customers till the final decision.
Education: Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.MPA Certificate or equivalent is preferred.Very good working knowledge in firefighting and fire pumps sector.Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skillsComputer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office applications and English Language.Self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target.Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility.
