IT Help Desk and Infrastructure

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware devices.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and user-reported incidents.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to protect the organization's systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, assist with software and hardware installations, and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, including operating system updates and software patches, to ensure systems are up to date and secure.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points, to ensure reliable and secure network connectivity.
  • Interact with technology vendors to procure hardware, software, and support services, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, track licensing, and ensure compliance with software usage agreements.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field.Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, including circuit boards, memory modules, and processors.MCSA  CCNA  Firewall management Sophos or FortiGate Backup Solutions (Veaam)Endpoint Sophos and Kaspersky VMware ESXIGoogle workspace
