Executive Assistant and Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meeting Coordination and Scheduling:
  - Organize and schedule meetings for the CEO.
  - Update calendars and manage meeting schedules.
  - Attend the CEO's meetings and take detailed minutes.
  - Follow up on meeting room bookings according to the scheduled appointments.

2. Guest Reception and Office Presentation:
  - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  - Ensure that the company and reception area are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
-coordinating with the recruitment process in printing the candidates CVs, let them filling out the appliances and doing their required assessments.

3. Office Supplies Management:
  - Order front office supplies and maintain an inventory of stock.

4. Clerical Duties:
  - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
  - Organize and schedule the CEO's appointments.


Requirements:1. Females only.2. English level: B2.3. . Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role .4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.5. Professional attitude and appearance.6. Solid written and verbal communication skills7. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise8. Excellent organizational skills.9. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.10. Customer service attitude.
