As a Workforce Analyst, you report directly to the Site Manager and have a functional reporting line to the Head of WFM Germany. As the first point of contact for questions regarding strategic personnel and scheduling, you, together with your team, ensure optimal readiness at our locations, making a significant contribution to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- You ensure optimal personnel deployment nationwide by considering forecasts, historical data, seasonal effects, as well as applicable company agreements in your scheduling.
- You calculate strategic forecasts, derive future staffing needs, and develop budget calculation bases.
- You create the financial monthly forecast in collaboration with the project management, identify target deviations intraday, and initiate countermeasures in case of deviations.
- Together with project stakeholders, you define effective measures to improve intraday service levels and strategies to optimize planning accuracy.
- You are in close communication with our customers, site managers, executives, and the sales team.

Your profile:You have successfully completed vocational training or studies with a focus on economics/technology and have relevant professional experience in workforce management.Ideally, you already have some leadership experience.You can confidently apply your good English language skills both verbally and in writing.You have strong analytical skills as well as a very good understanding of graphical and tabular data.You are proficient in working with common IT systems and have good Excel skills.You possess assertiveness, precision in your work, and strong communication skills.
