Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

• End-to-end configuration and provisioning of SDSL connections with required service.
• Ensuring network infrastructure is working at optimal levels.
• Opening cases and following up with vendors and internal teams.
• Apply regular security vulnerabilities & hardening patching for service components
• Testing and validating new setups & hardware releases over a dedicated testing environment.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

• At least 3-4 years of Network operation technical experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Enterprise customers configuration or network configuration using Cisco & Huawei , …etc  routers & Dslams .
• Can act as technical escalation point for major/complex issues or projects as well as provide technical advice to team members.
• CCNP self-study/certification.
• Knowledge in new networking technologies like SDN, uCPE, NFV,SASE,..
• Good knowledge of network design concepts, topology and restructuring techniques. 
• Solid background in IP Data network
• Ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence others to achieve results across a large matrixed organization.
• Able to identify and explain challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, works well in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability. 

Education:

• B.Sc. Degree in communication / electronics engineering

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Telecommunication Industry, preferably in an ISP environment.

Special requirements:

• Analytical and interpersonal skills are essential; together with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. 
• Good command of written and spoken English
