Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. External announcement of vacant positions

2. Collect and examine the CVs of applicants and make a shortlist of them

3. Conduct personal interviews in coordination with the relevant departments to reach the most accurate selection

4. Implement selection and appointment strategies and provide support to departments regarding the initial evaluation of applicants

5. Comply with all procedures and policies of rejection or appointment followed by the company

6. Follow up with the nominated employee during the completion of his papers and completion of his appointment procedures in the company and provide his tools

7. Internal announcement of new employees joining the company


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
