- Manage and direct the warehouse team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize productivity, safety, and accuracy
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, rotation, and condition
- Manage the warehouse layout and organization to optimize space utilization and streamline material flow
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including cycle counting and audits
- Analyze warehouse data and metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and labor productivity, to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to coordinate transportation, shipment scheduling, and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide regular performance reports to management
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field8+ years of experience in warehouse management.min 3 years as Warehouse ManagerProficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software( SAP)Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skillsThorough understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingKnowledge of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systemsmanufacturing experience is a must (preferred packing or plastic experience ) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
