Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
    • Maintain employee records and manage related documentation.
  2. Office Management:
    • Set up and organize the new office space to ensure a functional and pleasant work environment.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
  3. Operations Support:
    • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
    • Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining calendars.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
    • Organize and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
  5. Project Coordination:
    • Assist in planning and executing various projects to support business objectives.
    • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Preferred:Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.The Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring our new office runs efficiently and that our team is well-supported.
