Graduate Program Structure
As a Graduate Program Associate you will have the opportunity to explore
various commercial divisions within our organization including Fresh Food E-commerce Store Operations and Merchandising. Through
rotations in different roles you will
gain exposure to diverse areas of the grocery retail industry enabling you to discover your potential and

During each rotation you
will be responsible for learning and delivering on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
and technical competencies relevant to the specific role. Our comprehensive

Minimum Qualifications and
