HR Section Head

  1. Organizational development including the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, organizational charts, Authority matrices etc.
  2. Design and implement Career Path and employee retention strategies.
  3. Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptions.
  4. Set jobs general objectives and KPIs.
  5. Create / apply organizational charts and follow for needed modifications.
  6. Assist with data gathering for employee satisfaction surveys.
  7. Organize, perform and follow semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews.
  8. Issuing performance evaluation result report to direct manager.
  9. Follows all relevant Departments policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  10. Conduct & follow up with training process and activities.
  11. Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses driven from PMS sheets.
  12. Translating PMS Points into training needs that will excel employees for the next step of their career path.
  13. Building annual training program and preparing training plans as per the budget.
  14. Communicate and coordinate different training centers and entities for suitable proposals.
  15. Finalizing training plan with suitable training cost as per the training budget.
  16. Assure good filling and tracking for all training documents
  17. Follow internal training programs initiated by technical managers.
  18. Setting training schedule with suitable dates and trainees and communicate it with concerned parties.
  19. Assuring using related training forms for attendance and evaluation.
  20. Assuring good filing for training forms for audit purposes.
  21. Conduct after training follow up process to assure the efficiency of training whether internal or external
  22. Conduct exit interviews and analyses data.
  23. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

5-10 years of experience in different HR areas Hands on experience in recruitment including white and blue collarsBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldRelevant education or certification in HR is PreferredExperience within manufacturing is PreferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLeadership abilitiesAdvanced MS Excel is a MUSTFluent English (Spoken & Written) is a MUSTCan work within tight deadlinesHas high sense of urgency with a positive attitude
