Role Description
- Create and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, including specifications, features, and dimensions.
- Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversion, including keyword research and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and inventory, to ensure alignment on product information and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as sales trends, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct competitor research to stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and product assortment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings, including discrepancies, errors, or technical issues.
- Stay updated on platform-specific guidelines and best practices for product listing optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or product management.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
