- COMMUNICATE WITH THE CLIENT THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT STARTING FROM SENDING THE PROJECT PLAN, CONTINUOUSLY UPDATING CLIENT WITH PROGRESS, AND HANDLING ANY EXCEPTIONS OR ISSUES THAT MIGHT ARISE.
- COLLABORATE WITH CLIENTS AND INTERNAL TEAMS TO DELIVER PROJECTS/RESULTS ON AGREED DEADLINES.
- PREPARE DESIGN AND DESIGN/BUILD OFFERS
- HANDLE ANY ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE DURING THE PROJECT LIFE CYCLE.
- ACT AS THE POINT OF CONTACT WITH CLIENTS AND COMMUNICATE PROJECT STATUS TO ALL PARTICIPANTS.
- PERFORMS INITIAL SITE VISIT (IF NEEDED) FOR THE PROJECTS TO GRASP THE ACTUAL SPACE PERSPECTIVE.
- COLLABORATES WITH TECHNICAL TEAM IN PERFORMING VALUE ENGINEERING AS NECESSARY (AS PER CLIENT PRE-SET BUDGET).
- HANDLES MEETINGS’ SETTING AND REQUESTING ANY MISSING DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION FROM THE CLIENT AT ANY STAGE WITHIN THE PROJECT AS PER THE PROCESS, OR AS A RESPONSE TO OPERATIONAL TEAMS’ REQUESTS.
- INFORM PRINCIPLE AND GENERAL MANAGER OF ANY UNEXPECTED DELAY IN THE PROJECT’S TIMELINE.
- PERFORMS ANY OTHER TASK REQUESTED BY PRINCIPAL AND/OR GENERAL MANAGER.
- BUILD UP CLIENTS DATABASE INCLUDING ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION.
- SUPPORT IN STUDYING RFPS AND RFQS AND PREPARE PROPOSALS FOR THE PROJECTS – SUCH AS SPECIAL SERVICE DELIVERY TERMS, START DATE, ESTIMATED PROJECT DURATION AND TIMELINE, COSTING INPUTS, ETC. (BASED ON AVAILABLE RESOURCES VS. CURRENT PROJECTS).
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION THAT INCLUDES TRACKING OF CHANGES IN PLAN, REASONS OF DELAYS AND REGULAR PROGRESS REPORTS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT DURATION.
- ATTEND PROJECT KICKOFF MEETINGS, IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENTS/ QUALITY CONTROL INITIATIVES INTO OUR DAILY PROJECT WORK, AND HELP THE OFFICE IMPLEMENT ENHANCEMENTS INTO HOW WE CAN WORK MORE EFFICIENTLY AND STRONGER AS A TEAM.
- ASSUME OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR FIRM-WIDE OPERATIONS INCLUDING REVENUE AND PROFIT GOALS AND ALL DESIGN PRACTICES, DESIGN RESPONSES, AND OPPORTUNITIES.
- COMMUNICATE WITH DIFFERENT DEVELOPERS FOR GETTING THE MODIFICATIONS APPROVALS AND WORK PERMITS.
- ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE IN BOARD MEETINGS/PRESENTATIONS REGARDING FIRM PERFORMANCE.
- HANDLE MEETINGS’ SETTING AND REQUESTING ANY MISSING DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION FROM THE CLIENT AT ANY STAGE WITHIN THE PROJECT AS PER THE PROCESS, OR AS A RESPONSE TO OPERATIONAL TEAMS’ REQUESTS.
- DEAL WITH SUPPLIERS AND COORDINATES WITH THE CLIENTS REGARDING ORDERS OR PROSPECTIVE ORDERS.
- PREPARES A REPORT AS THE PROJECT COMES TO AN END WITH MAIN PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS AND LESSONS LEARNT AND CIRCULATES TO INTERNAL TEAMS.
- PREPARES PROJECT CLOSURE DOCUMENT INCLUDING ACTUAL VS. PLANNED TIME AND BUDGET.
- ENSURES THAT CLIENT FILLS A SATISFACTION SURVEY INDICATING FEEDBACK ABOUT THE PROJECT AND SIMPLE EVALUATION OF SERVICE.
- ATTEMPTS TO SECURE CLIENT’S CONSENT TO USE PHOTOS OF THE SITE FOR MARKETING PURPOSES AND ARRANGES FOR THE PHOTOSHOOT TO HAPPEN.
- ENSURES THAT ALL PROJECT CLOSURE DOCUMENTS ARE ARCHIVED FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINE PROJECT REQUIREMENTS, AND CONSULT WITH CLIENTS EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
- REVIEW AND GET THE APPROVALS’ MODIFICATIONS FROM DEVELOPERS.
- COORDINATE WITH THE SUPPLIERS AND LIGHTING DESIGNERS WHENEVER REQUESTED.
- REVIEW, ANALYZE AND IMPLEMENT WAYS TO IMPROVE OR AUTOMATE BUSINESS PROCEDURES.
- ENSURES QUALITY CONTROL AND CLIENT’S SATISFACTION.
- COORDINATE WITH THE TECHNICAL TEAM AND DESIGN TEAM REGARDING THE PROGRESS OF THE PROJECTS.
- COORDINATE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER REGARDING THE PROJECTS PROGRESS AND REPORTS BACK TO THE CEO.
- PARTICIPATE IN THE TASKS RELATED TO “RIWAQ’S SOCIAL MEDIA” CONTENTS.
- ENSURE ALL MEETINGS ARE DOCUMENTED WITH MEETING MINUTES COPIED TO ALL MEMBERS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS.
- TAKE INITIATIVE TO MAKE POSITIVE CHANGE; ASSIST THE TEAM TO PRODUCE QUALITY PROJECTS.
- COORDINATE WEEKLY MEETINGS TO DISCUSS THE PROGRESS OF PROJECTS WITH THE ENTIRE TEAM.
- PARTICIPATE IN MEETINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF:
• OVERVIEW OF EACH PROJECT, REVIEWING PROGRESS MADE TO DATE.
