Indoor Sales: Responsible for engaging with customers in-store, providing product information, handling transactions, and managing inventory. Duties include maintaining store appearance, assisting with visual merchandising, and meeting sales targets through effective customer interaction.

Outdoor Sales: Focuses on generating leads and closing deals outside the office, often through client visits, networking events, and field presentations. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales goals.


Indoor Sales Requirements:Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred.Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and address their needs.Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the products or services being sold.Sales Skills: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and meet sales targets.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.Technology: Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Outdoor Sales Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development is often required.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and generate new leads.Negotiation Skills: Competence in negotiating contracts and closing deals.Self-Motivation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets independently.Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a flexible schedule.Travel: Willingness to travel frequently, if required, to meet clients or attend events.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and market trends relevant to the products or services sold.
