What you’ll do
You will be a Technical Product Owner/ Technical Lead & a software architect for “IT Automation & Software Engineering Squad” (digital Tribe) with below responsibilities :
1- Leading a Team of Software Engineers for implementing automated high quality services and applications including design, development, implementation, support and
maintaining.
2- Understand Customer Requirements and lead technical consulting to define SOW and best solutions.
3- Collaborate closely with business and all IT Operations teams to deliver products and services or integrated products that contribute to the organization growth.
4- Manage the technical lifecycle of the relevant technologies and services in-terms of Design, implementation, operations and support of technologies, while providing
all technical Operational documents to First line Operations team.
5- Research and implement new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency, reducing cost, man-hour or decreasing utilization.
6- Working and Communicating with external vendors for technical solutions or integration for a specific components while leading technical discussions and project
scope to fulfill requirements if needed.
7- Define KPI's in line with goals and objectives.
8- holding the Product road-map and setting a medium to long-term Vision while Defines metrics to measure the success and the performance.
9- Leading the Vision and execution of the product while ensuring to identify areas of potential for enhancing day to day activities and delivering innovative solutions
for operational efficiency.
10- Lead activities such as architecture reviews, Technical design, technical workshops and POC's.
11- Responsible for the overall technical relationship between customers and squad members for defining tasks/Projects, understand the customer's needs and make recommendations
for best practices on performance, reliability and operational efficiency.
12- Collaborating with TPO’s, peer group TPM's, and other IT stakeholder towards future Plans.
13- Responsible for the definition, interpretation, and prioritization of requirements.
