Job Description:
As an Odoo implementer [customer support specialist], you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and troubleshooting services. Your primary responsibilities are as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify issues reported by clients and recommend appropriate solutions or search for existing solutions.
- Communicate client requirements to the development team and perform appropriate testing for the developed solutions.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting problems arising for the client and providing production support.
- Contribute to the creation of manuals and tutorials for solutions, either written or in video format.
- Utilize your functional experience and deep knowledge of Odoo, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, to support clients across various modules, including Sales, Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Point of Sale, Manufacturing, CRM, Inventory, Website, Projects, and Timesheets.
Skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science.2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo is a must.Strong knowledge of business processes and/or accounting principles.Technical and functional expertise in Odoo modules and features.Familiarity with accessibility and security compliance standards.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts and technologies.Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify problems efficiently.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
