Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Implements company talent acquisition strategy.
  • Conducts sourcing activities & develops selection tools in order to fill open positions.
  • Manages recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Represent the company internally and externally at events and job fairs.
  • Build relationships with potential candidate communities.
  • Builds long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Creates potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Creates monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Suggests new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Searches for talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
  • Creates job ADs Internally & Externally through proper channels.
  • Updates the manpower plan with division heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channels whether internally or externally.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 - 6 years of experience in HR field.Excellent English language.An HR diploma or certificate is preferable.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.Excellent flexibility and sense of ownership.
