- Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the essential duties and responsibilities of each position.
- Create and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to promote a consistent and efficient workplace.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and improve workflow, organization structure, and organization charts.
- Manage restructuring initiatives, including developing and implementing communication plans, change management strategies, and orientation programs.
- Develop and implement competency frameworks to identify and assess the skills and knowledge required for each position.
- Conduct workload analysis and manpower planning to ensure that the company has the right number of employees with the right skills in the right roles.
- Develop and implement KPI systems and performance management systems to track and measure employee performance.
- Develop and implement PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) to help employees improve their performance.
- Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure that new employees are smoothly integrated into the company and that departing employees leave on a positive note.
- Develop and implement succession planning and career pathway programs to identify and develop future leaders and to provide employees with opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and implement fast-track promotion programs to identify and reward high-performing employees.
- Develop and implement employee satisfaction and engagement programs to create a positive and productive work environment.
