Office IT Tech Sr. Specialist

Role purpose: Plan, develop, administer and deploy Office IT, Active Directory, messaging, collaboration and enterprise enablement systems to provide the required system performance and availability.
Lead projects related to Office IT, messaging & Enterprise Enablement systems to ensure that business requirements are well incorporated in solution systems & plans for smooth delivery & support
    

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 
•    Plan, Implement, Operate and Control managed systems in a high level of performance and on-time delivery & Support.
•    Report day-to-day work & KPIs required to keep the managed systems up, running and supporting the business activities.
•    Lead crisis related to the managed systems and report to vendors and management when needed 
•    Provide consultancy for managed systems to other lines of IT support
•    Coordinate regular meetings with customers at professional level to track complaints, requirements and systems performance

•    Dedication, sense of ownership, and ability to work within a team
•    Innovative & creative thinking for new solutions, technologies and data protection
•    Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
•    The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines cross the function groups
•    Eye for detail and accuracy
    Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    BSC of Engineering or Computer science 
•    Minimum 3 years IT working experience in managing Microsoft systems.
•    Technical Certificates in Microsoft products/systems
