- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, especially for construction-specific positions.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and track key metrics.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer related queries.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, especially those relevant to the construction industry.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and other documentation required by law.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the construction industry.Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.Proficiency in HR software and tools, with experience in HRIS preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.Experience in handling HR operations for field-based employees, particularly in construction.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.This position may require occasional visits to construction sites to support HR operations on the ground.Males onlyMaximum Age 26
