Job Purpose:

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs identifying talent that aligns with our company culture and goals. This role involves end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Assessing external labor market conditions, establish and promote brand to attract quality talent and manage them through the onboarding and probation journey. 

Key Tasks: 

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Formulate and continuously improve policies for talent benchmarking, assessment, and interviewing.
  • Post job openings on various platforms including job boards, social media, and other sources to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Forge partnerships with educational institutions through university career fairs and networking events to attract emerging talent.
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
  • Design and oversee the recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, initial screening calls, interviews, and maintaining a candidate database.
  • Review employment applications and ensure thorough background checks are conducted for all shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide candidates with detailed information about corporate benefits, salary packages, and the corporate environment to assist in their decision-making process.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged for current and future opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes using SAP Success Factors.
  • Plan and execute employer branding initiatives through marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Wuzzuf.
  • Conduct organizational development analysis to anticipate and prepare for future employment needs.

Onboarding:

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Organize welcome kits and joining announcements to enhance the new hire experience.
  • Manage comprehensive induction programs to facilitate smooth transitions.

Probation journey:

  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their probation period.
  • Ensure successful integration with the company, fostering a positive initial experience.

 

Employee Experience:

  • Propose and implement strategies to improve the employee experience journey.
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys to gather insights and make necessary improvements.

Operational excellence:

  • Communicate regularly with business heads and the HR department to understand the company’s hiring needs and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop innovative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
  • Proactively gather market intelligence to gain a competitive edge in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Suggest and implement new ideas to enhance the talent acquisition process.

Management Reporting:

  • Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership on upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Create detailed monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and other relevant statistics.
