- Manage and maintain QHSE documentation, records, and reporting systems.
- Develop and deliver QHSE training programs to educate employees on quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, providing resources and tools to facilitate QHSE knowledge and awareness.
- Conduct QHSE-related communication and awareness campaigns to engage employees at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Proven experience in QHSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or glass processing industry.In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001).Strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles and practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Certification in relevant QHSE disciplines (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Quality Auditor) is advantageous.
