What we need you to do :
- Build long-term relationships with existing, as well as, new clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential deals within our market segments.
- Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts through approaching and upselling
- Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
- Help the business meet sales and revenue goals.
- Negotiation and planning for short and long-term contracts.
- Align with cross-functional teams to meet clients’ expectations.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
1-2 years of experience in Account Management/Buisness Development or relevant role.Demonstrable ability to communicate, and present to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and reaching targets.Ability to reach client-focused solutions to customer needs.Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented.
