- Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.

- Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans.
- Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management needs and requirements.

- Oversee the analysis and communication of records required by law or local governing institutes, or other departments in the organization.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Supervise the recruitment Cycle (Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees) to fill vacant positions.
- Keep records of benefits plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance review, and safety.
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
- Prepare budget for human resources operations.
- Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
- Provide management direction and counseling.
- Supervise clerical assistant and temporary staffing as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalents.15 + years of experience in manufacturing.HR Diploma is a must.Additional certification (e.g. CIPD or SPHR) is a plus.MBA is preferred.Proven Experience of Human resources and changing culture.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor law and regulations.
