Job Description
-Raise awareness of GlassRock products and solutions range for consultant offices and build relation and act as the liaison point with them.
-Track Consultant projects and their status and support the consultant team at the project level till approving our materials in projects.
-Support Consultant offices in specifying and selecting insulations solutions and systems.
-Support Consultant offices team in drafting insulation specification according to standards and industry norms.
-Support the sales team to specify our products in different projects with contractors and sub-contractors to approve GlassRock solutions at project level.
-Work with internal and external stakeholders to expand customers database and raise awareness of the GlassRock products, tools and solutions.
-Develop technical documents, case studies and argumentation that helps consultants and contractors in procuring our solutions.
-Promote GlassRock insulation solutions to procurement and technical teams at manufacturers side using our products as part of their final product.
-Responsible for preparing, managing, and attending events and seminars in his field.
-Support in the execution of marketing activities including market analysis, marketing digital and below the line actions.
-Responsible for product development based on market needs
-Responsible for drafting and proposing strategies and penetration action plan to management to develop the business.
Key Requirements3 to 6 years previous experience in technical sales/business development.Technical knowledge of building materialsBachelor of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Architecture)Exceptional communications and presentation skillsVery good command of English language both speaking and writingCustomer oriented: always seeking to understand his customer needs and provide the optimum adviceVery Good command of Microsoft office tools.Logical, analytical thinking and problem solving are a mustExperience in HVAC or construction or industrial projects is a plus.
