Customer Support and On-boarding

Job Responsibilities:

1) Assisting in customer success needs &  in managing day-to-day customer interactions.
2) Providing timely support and solutions to customer queries.
3) Helping with onboarding customers and ensuring they are fully supported during the initial stages.
4) Contributing to customer retention strategies by maintaining regular check-ins and follow-ups.
5) Assist clients on any technical issues and act as a mediator between the client and the tech-team
6) Perform meetings with clients when needed.
7) Required to perform and follow-up quality calls to ensure smooth usability and customer experience. 


Please read requirements carefully: Job Qualifications:- A Holder of a bachelor degree from Management Information System, Business Admin., Computer Science (Non-tech) or any other related field- 1 to 2 years max of experience in the software industry is a must- Client and Technology Oriented - Excellent Communication skills- Excellent English Written and Spoken- Excellent Excel skills - Preferably owns a car
