Role Description

-As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include recording sales and purchase invoices, reconciling accounts, managing banking operations, and overseeing payroll and petty cash processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience, a strong background in financial management, and proficiency in accounting software. Experience with Odoo is preferred but not required.

 Job Responsibilities 

• Record and reconcile sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. 

• Manage purchase invoices, matching supplier accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships. 

• Record banking operations, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure accurate financial records. 

• Review and record petty cash transactions, maintaining proper documentation. 

• Oversee monthly payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy. 

• Follow up on and record property, plant, and equipment transactions. 

• Utilize Odoo software to streamline accounting processes (preferred). 

• Demonstrate professional appearance and behavior in the workplace.


• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance. • Preferred to be a resident of Nasr City or nearby areas. • Proficiency in English language (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) as you will be dealing with several nationalities. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Prior experience with Odoo software is a plus
