- Receive inbound calls and close tickets within the agreed SLA.
- Make outbound campaigns according to campaign objectives, expected deliverables and KPIs.
- Handle clients’ inquiries and route concerns to right channel depending on clients’ phase.
- Handle sales and customer service inquiries-requests according to agreed process, visits, appointments firsthand; and will communicate processes, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve clients’ requests within the agreed SLAs.
- Conduct proactive introductory welcome calls for new clients within agreed SLA.
- Conduct Campaign to Update clients of their projects/units’ progress and delivery dates.
- Route, ticket and follow up on clients’ requests within the agreed SLAs with the concerned departments by contacting the involved parties and communicating the concern and ensuring closure of the feedback loop.
- Qualify, ticket and route sales digital leads as well as call center leads on sales team through CRM; track and update feedback received from sales team i.e., conversion rates, show up rates, leads status.
Minimum 1 Year of experience in Call Center preferably with reputed Real Estate organizations.University Degree is a must.Strong communication skills.
