As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive our business forward.
Position Overview: We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing both long-term and short-term sales strategies to achieve our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the marble and granite industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive long-term and short-term sales strategies to achieve company goals and maximize revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs. Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, including KPIs and ROI. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and challenges.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
