- Build the project work breakdown structure (WBS).
- Prepare project baseline schedule.
- Prepare project resources allocation and procurement plan.
- Provide dates according to the approved plan to each section to work-on and manage.
- Monitor the project phase to keep the project activities within planned targets.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to head of section to be delivered to head of department and top management.
- Provide delay analysis report for any delayed activity and cooperate with internal stakeholders to perform corrective actions.
- Provide risk analysis study for each expected threat.
- Provide forecasting for any upcoming opportunities and threats.
Experience in mixed use projects (Residential, Administrative & Commercial, Medical)Graduates of both civil and architecture departments are preferred.Experience in Mega projects with tight schedules.Experience in dealing with different disciplines (Str., Arch., MEP).Excellent command of using primavera and Microsoft project.Proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
