Senior Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Specialist located in Giza, Egypt. And will be responsible for managing market planning, marketing management, and market research. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing marketing plans, managing advertising campaigns, conducting market research, and managing public relations activities.

 

  • Assist in implementing marketing strategy and marketing activities based on comprehensive market analysis.
  • Implement and follow up on Social Media strategies to boost engagement and increase followers.
  • Responsible for all marketing activities for all brands to effectively implement department action plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to create and develop various activities, posting calendar, and oversee media buying for all posts and campaigns to optimize budget utilization.
  • Responsible for implementing the calendar events for all marketing activities and review the monthly posting calendar shared by the agency for design, captions, tone, and manner.
  • Manage various campaigns inside or outside Cairo to deliver targeted messages and create brand commitment.
  • Coordinate on all activities throughout each product/service to create a cohesive feel to each marketing campaign.
  • Track, analyze and report the success of campaigns and events with different tools 
  • Maintain connections with suppliers, and vendors. Reach out to suppliers and oversee the production of flyers, brochures, stands, and other POS materials.
  • Manage Social/ Digital Media insights to improve communication.
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of branded items and giveaways, as well as manage stock levels
  • Monitor & analyze engagement campaigns on social media channels to measure their success.
  • Responsible for aligning company's communications strategy across social media platforms and creating marketing content to establish a strong brand identity.
  • Coordinate with the production of artwork, sourcing images, banners, print buying, etc.
  • Manage and organize the production of all branded items, giveaways and responsible for its stock management.
  • Organize and handle advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Compile all financial bills related to the department and their statistical information to be delivered to the financial department.
  • Responsible for implementing the calendar events for all marketing activities related to the whole group.
  • Follow-up on all brand marketing activities throughout each product/service to create a cohesive feel to each marketing campaign.

Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience and Skills:Experience in the automotive industry or related fields is an assetMarket Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skillsExcellent in problem solving, attention to details.Integrity and dedication – Job require being honest and ethical.Initiative and challenging – willingness to take on responsibilities and challenging in achieving goals.Experience in running successful marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords is preferable.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals, with analytical mind.Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Proficiency in English language.
