Business Development Manager

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities across various industries with direct clients. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to guide the strategic direction of our sales efforts.
  • Proactively prospect for and secure new client relationships, leading the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to contract negotiations and closing deals. Leverage your industry connections and subject matter expertise to engage with decision-makers at potential client companies.
  • Nurture and expand existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and deepen our strategic partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Continuously monitor the localization market, track competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry best practices. Leverage this knowledge to position our services as the preferred solution and adapt our offerings to meet evolving client demands.
  • Work closely with the marketing, delivery, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with the overall company strategy. Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless client experiences and successful localization projects.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including revenue targets, to measure the success of our sales efforts. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to inform strategic decision-making, drive continuous improvement of our sales processes, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
  • Actively participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and position our company as a leader in the localization space. Leverage these connections to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
