Account Manager

  • Recruit new, and manage current client relationships in order to grow spend:
    1. Advertisers – Work with top management in identifying, approaching and recruiting new clients. Consult clients on their AdSpace needs and allocation. Prepare, pitch and manage campaigns for clients.  
    2. Agencies – to communicate with planners / buyers regarding potential activity for the company's clients, recommend preferential routes of spend, and continually educate key decision makers on new features of AdMazad and their benefits. 
  • Communicate, Educate and Support clients in their usage of AdMetrics platform along with their understanding of our OOH performance measurement toolings. 
  • Collaborate with relevant team members to ensure excellent delivery of service to managed accounts and stakeholders.
  • Ensure completion of all tasks related to accounts managed in a timely fashion, includes but not limited to: 
    1. Preparing and Communicating production, installation and monitoring reports 
    2. Preparing AdMetrics reports
    3. Finalization of contracts and other related paperwork
    4. Finalization of invoicing and financials

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
