Onground Marketing Coordinator

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Identifying different target audience and communicating with them through the appropriate channel
  • Coordinates and reviews the design and production of brochures, flyers TV advertisements, press ads and other materials before being released
  • Coordinating the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline channels from design to production
  • Prepares event calendar and coordinates all related tasks of event handling and coverage
  • Third-party management of advertising agencies and other suppliers
  • Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
  • In Charge of exhibition and trade show data collection, booth concept development and full coordination
  • Monitoring market and competitor activities regularly through appropriate analysis to be able to respond if needed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Previous experience in a marketing role, with knowledge of marketing principles and practices.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Facilitate communication within the marketing team and with other departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Manage communications with external partners, vendors, and media contacts.
