Job description:
Pre-Sales / Bedding stages:

− Review and sending comments
- if any - on the LOA,LOI or Po’s in which the PM participated in the bedding stage within 48 hours of receiving from the customer.
− Review the contracts for the projects assigned to him, sending his comments, if any, and initialing them after the needed amendment.
− Follow up the process of receiving the ordered items with the Purchasing Department and update the customer accordingly in periodically basis, and take the necessary action after coordination with the AM in the event of any expected deviation in the receiving dates from the delivery agreed on plan.
Responsibilities:- Final P&L Enhancement- Monitor project cash flows to complete the project smoothly.- Harmony between the company's various departments, contractors, any third party and the customer.- Documentation: Plans, Drawings, Customer documents (site receipt report, initial receipt report, Signed project Sign off, … etc.).- - 1/2 years of experience
