Projects Sales Lead

  • Conduct market research to obtain information about new construction projects, competitors, developers and departments of engineering authorities, through different resources.
  • Identify and contact project owners, responsible engineers, specified department in the designated project, in order to present company’s products and reinforce company’s accreditation possibilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales operation in any matters related to products.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
  • Managing all the customers’ needs and requests.
  • Arrange visits to offices of relevant projects, answer all inquiries related to product launching or specifications in order to ensure that unreachable clients are covered through visits, and product awareness is efficiently delivered. 
  • Ensure continuous providence of support. 
  • Ensure accurate identification of the current and future projects needs, through gathering detailed information.
  • Classify the projects into segments according to the size of projects, prepare visits schedule to divisions across governorates to ensure wide and efficient reachability to clients, thus, enhance sales achievements.
  • Liaise with the National Sales to support them with sales leads and opportunities arising from projects sales.
  • Follow up on customers for matters concerning quotation, sales, and other issues and concerns and Maintain a positive image of the company in the customer’s perspective.
  • Manage daily work plan for project sales.

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.5 to 8 of experience in Projects’ sales.Owning a car is a mustPrevious background in construction in mandatory, Paints is a big plus.Excellent use of Microsoft office.Excellent English Language ability.Advanced sales skillsAdvanced communication & Presentation skills.
