HORECA Account Manager (F&B)

  • Acquisition of new HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) customers in the appropriate target group.
  • Working on customer relationship and extension to further venues within the same customer (increasing average consumption), optimizing customer profitability by extending product range.
  • Develop Brand Awareness and recognition as a luxury brand among our target audience and HORECA associations (Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe).
  • Develop relationships with the relevant key personnel at customer accounts such as F&B Manager, Head Chef, Procurement Manager and General Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and other activities and render such reports as may be required from time to time.
  • Set up tastings with new prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Visit or book online meetings with potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products.
  • Assist in setting up events and prospecting new business from time to time.
  • Meet all New Acquisition targets quarterly and annually.

Proven Experience in HoReCa sales such as (Chocolates ,Olive Oil ,Beverage ,Chicken, Confectionery and Branded rice)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record in sales and achieving targetsStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsKnowledge of the HoReCa F&B industry and market trendsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in English and ArabicBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
