- Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and correspondence.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
- Implement shop drawings.
- Liaising with Clients and other professional team to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Follow up all finishing activities.
- Handover to quality control and ensure health and safety matters on site.
- Ensure that the project adheres to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and submittals from contractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design plans and regulatory standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering from a reputable university. Proven experience from 3 to 5 years as a Site Architect or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.In-depth knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and building codes.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
