ALJ Auto Jameel is hiring a Workshop Manager\Supervisor to lead aftersales workshop team to achieve top results in productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction under the guidance of the Service Center Manager.
Workshop Management:
- Set SOPs for processes and technical steps.
- Provide technical support and coordinate for critical faults.
- Maintain consumable stock and address challenges.
Equipment and Tools:
- Ensure availability and update tools.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety.
Workshop KPIs:
- Monitor GDI and DDD accuracy.
- Analyze KPIs and implement improvements.
Supervision:
- Plan schedules and coach team.
- Address issues and conduct appraisals.
2-3 years Proven experience in workshop management or similar roles within the automotive industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office applications.Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering or a related field is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and implement improvements based on workshop KPIs.Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment.
