Marketing Analyst

Worldposta is looking to hire a marketing analyst to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. The main role is to study and analyze market conditions to find opportunities for the company’s growth. You need to be familiar with trends, competition among brands with the same products, qualitative data, and strategies.  focused on promoting our portfolio of software solutions.

To excel in the role of a Marketing Analyst, you are expected to possess in-depth knowledge of software market dynamics, competitive landscape, and best digital marketing practices. 

Responsibilities

  •  Research market trends in MENA region and identify customer needs, pain points, and buying objections and conduct competitor analysis to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives
  • Identify the decision makers among our target audience and create a buyer persona that we will address with our marketing messages
  • Develop effective marketing strategies focused on promoting our software solutions through content marketing, paid advertising, and social media marketing
  • Plan, allocate, and control the budget for our future campaigns and product launches
  • Define key marketing activities and goals to drive the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing users
  • Work closely with the product development, social media, and copywriting team members to establish clear product positioning and messaging guidelines
  • Oversee the execution of day-to-day promotional activities and ensure the quality and uniformity of our marketing assets (copy, blog content, social media posts, product leaflets, etc.)
  • Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as industry thought leaders and subject matter experts
  • Track and analyze relevant analytics and report on ROI across different marketing initiatives to senior leadership
  • Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions, lower cost of customer acquisition, and increase customer life-time value (LTV)
  • Set up dashboards and develop models for data presentation to head of departments and suggest recommendations for business performance improvement
  • Work closely with in-house teams and maintain client relationships through scheduling regularly meetings to go through reports and provide actionable insights

 


QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or a Business arelated field 5+ years of experience on software marketing projects (B2B and SaaS marketing experience will be considered an advantage)Working knowledge of project management software [Trello, Jira, Asana]Experience with marketing automation software [HubSpot Marketing Hub, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo]Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and project management skills and superb attention to detailExperience in statistical modelsGTM, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics platformsA candidate should at least have a demonstrated experience of at least two years in marketing research, statistical or data analysis Previous experience at software and E- Commerce companies is a mustFluent in English Max age 40 years
