Assistant Brand Manager

. Conduct market research and a deep understanding of customers' drives and desires and choose the optimal price point.
· Collaborate with internal teams on brand image, quality, and design.
· Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales
· Following market trends and presenting creative ideas
· Analyzing data to report on brand growth.
· Create compelling copy that impacts customers brand choice.
· Test different prices and product volumes to find the best balance.
· Stay informed and predict changes in trends to use brand as the trendsetter.
· Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
· Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
· Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
· Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
· Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
· Develop merchandise plans to improve performance of respective territories by increasing its stocks turnover and maximizing profitability.
· Make allocation for the new arrival stock depends on strategy concept and seasonal period and measures.
· Normal replenishment from the main WH to stores as per capacity and best seller & slow-moving stock also, consolidation between stores.
· Prepare and maintain department/category merchandise based on actual sales, sales forecasts, Company order parameters, inventory checks, forth coming events, replenishment needs etc.
· Assist in the creation of merchandise plans for the category based on insights gained from merchandise analytics, customer preference, historical trends, and projected by the buyer.


. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.. Not less than 10 years in the field.· Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager. Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning. Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices. Ability to conduct research and analyze data.. Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Results-driven attitude. A creative mindset. BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
