Responsibilities:
- Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment in the office
- Responsible for performing general maintenance and maintaining a clean environment in the department facilities.
- Coordinating daily facility logistics
- Handle car reservation requests received from staff
- Handle the day-to-day administrative requests and tasks that might be delegated to help in improving and developing the department.
- Implement and maintain a well-organized and clean storage system for all inventory
- Develop efficient driver schedules
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
- Recording integrated data and information about the movement of cars and their locations
- Follow up on the renewal of driving licenses for vehicles from the Traffic Department
- supervising truck speed monitoring operations and drivers’ compliance with driving instructions
